All very good. And once a week, enjoy a precious piece of dark chocolate -- just for being a good boy! Enjoy!

Hi there! What an informative post. We use lots of garlic in our home. I sauté everything with a mixture of crushed garlic, onion and cilantro, in my country we call this "sofrito", which is the flavoring we add to every dish, and of course, I only use olive oil—even for baking. :) So although I’m not a tea drinker, I guess I'm doing something good after all.

Some really good tips and nutritional information. I confess I haven't eaten fresh garlic for the last month. This being because the only garlic available in my local supermarket comes from China. I refuse to buy produce from far away places when it grows abundantly in this country. I'm a great believer in supporting local & national agriculturers, who have such a hard time. Besides, the produce is always fresher. I need to find a local farmer from which to buy, or better still, grow it myself!
So, anyway, thanks again for the useful tips.
